Product Description

1.Why we chose Pyrolysis plant?
A. For tyre waste,plastic waste ,medical waste ,rubber waste
if we burn it ,there will be big pollution with bad smoke and smell.
But if by pyrolysis way to treat these waste, there will no pollutuion
a> waste-gas : during the process of pyrolysis , there will cause 5% waste-gas, but the waste-gas can be burnt again in the reactor as fuel materials to keep the temperature in the reactor, have you noticed the green hole in the reactor, the waste-gas enter into the hole and is burnt again. So there is no waste-gas at all.
b> Waste-water: there is a water-recycling system in the set of plant, all the process, the water can be used circulatory. So there is no waste-water in the process of pyrolysis
c> Bad smell: there will be some chemical substances feed into the catalysis tower and burnt together with the tires. It can get rid of bad smell and improve the quality of oil.
d> Emission controller: there is emission controller in the set of plant, it won't cause dirty dust in the process of pyrolysis
