3. Work flow
loading plastic into reactor
heating reactor
after heating , solid plastic converted to oil gas
oil gas go into oil-gas separator ,heavy oil deposit and go to heavy oil tank, light oil gas go to cooling system
after cooling ,light oil gas change to liquid oil and go into light oil tank
non-liquid oil gas will to water sealing tank, then back to combustor burning to heat reactor as fuel
smoke produced by heating reactor will go to dedust system, after dedust system treatment , smoke change to white clean waster steam ,then go to sky through chimney.

5. Plant features:
1.) Static pyrolysis , reactor non-rotate, produced oil with less dust, oil quality is more better
2.) Pyrolysis reactor is tube type,
3.) Feed raw material is by trolley, more fast, high efficiency
4.) Aftter pyrolysis ,carbon slag is on brick piece,no carbon powder, so no powder fly in air, more environmental
5.) Carbon discharge is by trolley, fast and high efficiency
6.)Whole tyre can be load by trolley, no neet to cut tyre, saving time and labor,hgih efficency
7.) Reactor non-rotate, no need reducer nor motor to drive reactor, saving power electricity
