3.Plant features:
1.) Reactor is tube or tunnel type with full open door
2.) Feed raw material by trolley, more fast and easy, high efficiency
3.) Whole tyre can be put in trolley then push trolley inside reactor , no need to cut tire, saving working time and labor
4.) After pyrolysis , carbon salg is in cloddy shape, no carbon powder, no carbon powder fly in air
5.) carbon discharge by trolley more fast and no powder fly in air, more environmental
6.)Static pyrolysis, reacator non-rotate, produce higher quality oil with less dust

5. Working flow or steps:
A. Feed tyre into trolley
B, move trolley inside tube type reactor
C.closed the reactor door ,heating reactor
D. Pyrolysis finished, stop burning fire, cool down reator
E.open the door of reactor
F.pull the strolley out of reactor , now only carbon slag inside trolley.
G. take carbon slage out of reactor
H, Feeding tyre agian, begain next batch
